About Brad Keywell

Brad Keywell cofounded Groupon with Eric Lefkofsky and Andrew Mason in 2008.

Together with Lefkofsky, Keywell went on to launch VC firm Lightbank. The two men have been early investors in each others' ventures.

Keywell stepped back from Lightbank in early 2021, just before the firm announced it raised a $180 million fund.

In 2014, he founded predictive analytics company Uptake; in 2018, he launched immersive art organization WNDR Museum.

Keywell and his wife filed for divorce in December 2021, which may result in each of them owning an 11.7% stake in Tempus after the divorce is finalized.
