About Rohiqa Cyrus Mistry

Rohiqa Cyrus Mistry is the wife of the late Cyrus Mistry, the younger son of construction tycoon Pallonji Mistry, who died in June 2022.

She inherited her husband's stakes in the family empire after he died in a car crash at age 54 in September 2022, a few weeks after his father passed away.

The family's biggest asset is an 18.4% stake in Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata conglomerate.

Her late husband Cyrus was chairman of Tata Sons for four years until October 2016, when he was ousted.

In the months before his death Cyrus was working with his brother Shapoor Mistry to restructure the debt-laden family business by selling key assets.
