Liu Hanyuan leads China's Tongwei Group, one of the world's largest in two different industries -- aquafeed and new energy.

Liu worked at a government job in the hydropower bureau in Sichuan Province before he took the plunge as an entrepreneur in the fish food business.

Liu's daughter Shuqi became chairman and CEO of Tongwei Group's main listed business, Tongwei Co., in March 2023.
