Jordan Katzman is a cofounder of SmileDirectClub, which sells custom teeth aligners online and at over 300 stores.

He started the company with friend Alex Fenkell in 2014; the two met at summer camp as teenagers, when they each had a mouth full of braces.

Katzman and Fenkell wanted to expand access to oral care after learning that 60% of counties in the U.S. don't have an orthodontist.

His dad, David Katzman, provided the initial funding for the company through his investment firm Camelot Venture Group and serves as CEO.

SmileDirectClub went public in September 2019 and made Katzman one of the nation's youngest billionaires.
