Hans Georg Naeder heads orthopedic device maker Ottobock SE; it takes its name from his grandfather Otto Bock, who founded the business in 1919.

The company has worked with the Paralympics since 1988, producing hockey sledges and custom prosthetics for skiers, snowboarders and sprinters.
