Florian Rehm is majority owner and chairman of the supervisory board of Mast-Jägermeister SE, a German liquor company known for its herbal ingredients.

The company, founded in 1878 as a vinegar producer, created the famous (and secretive) herbal liquor recipe in 1934.

In 1975, Sidney Frank became the U.S. distributor of Jägermeister, which gained popularity with college students.

In 2015 Mast-Jägermeister acquired Sidney Frank, and through the deal established its U.S. subsidiary.

Privately-held Mast-Jägermeister is now owned by fifth-generation family members.
